Riders Choice or Pro6 since you're in the west end. Or Rosie Toes.

Rosie Toes is the cheapest - 40 minutes if you are all the way on Lakeshore, less otherwise . Pro6, Riders Choice, Parker Bros - we have tons of bike shops in Etobicoke!

The only 'regular auto shop' which can do it that I know of is Canadian Tire, but why would you go there?

All 'regular auto shops' can perform safeties on motorcycles. The inspection station license and mechanic's license required to perform satis on cars includes motorcycles. A lot of shops won't perform safeties on motorcycles as they aren't comfortable with writing them if they don't have experience with bikes.

Best to call and check if you want to have an automotive shop perform the safety.
