Warden Ave and comstock today I passed around 3:30pm. Bike blown to pieces couldn't make out the make Red bike maybe honda.
pickup had part of bike wedged right into front grill looks like he turned into path of bike from comstock south onto Warden Ave

I ride by there almost daily. Bad things can happen anywhere at any time. I hope he/she was not hurt too badly.
you know i asked a few ambulance drivers in Toronto how many motorcycle crashes they hear or deal with, and the amount is way too high.
i asked the same question some ambulance crews in montreal, and they said it happens but not too often.
toronto needs stricter laws on hitting motorcyclists. license suspension indefinite, with no chance of renewal... if at fault

toronto doesn't need stricter laws on these types of accidents, at least not to prevent them, it needs them for the funding to get people better educated in driving a vehicle and we need tougher tests for people to have to pass...get well rider, it was a tough hit...
