Rather weird dillemma. Need some advice quick plz!

how would the OP get charged with anything after the fact unless the police have a record of the accident ?

imagine this- cager goes to cops and says dude ran into his car.

cops-do you have his license ?

cager- he didn t have one

cops, did you get a plate number ?

cager- no

cops- lets go take a visit to suspect.
Later that week....

cops- hi - do you own a sportbike ?

suspect- no, i dont even have a license.

cops, we were told you had one, and hit someone on the road

suspect- wow. i wish i could help you, but i dont know anything..



is the rider an idiot ? yes

is the cager an idiot ? yes

if anyone opens their yap, BOTH will suffer on this one.
