    Sales contract question

If a new bike sales agreement is signed, a deposit given and then the dealer sales person calls saying he did not put in the right amount for one of the fees and now you owe more money at the time of pickup am I right to think the buyer doesn't need to pay the extra amount?

    Give this a read: http://www.caasco.com/automotive/buy...warranties.jsp

*EDIT* Short answer, it depends on what's wrong. If it's a government fee or taxes, then it can likely be amended.
