    What tire were you running on your bike!? I have a TON of e-mails from manufacturers asking specifically which tire would be best in the winter here! Might help your argument that you were using "the best 'winter' tire available" ...

    Excellent! The Burgman is a pretty stable platform, so I guess if any scoot would get winter tires, the 650 would be it. I unintentionally rode across soft ice (with mud underneath) last Sunday, until the Burger shimmied a bit to warn me. Thought I would dump it for sure, and that was with older Bridgestones.
