    Motorcyclist killed in crash north of Simcoe

    This is horrible. The season has just started for most of us. RIP rider.

    WATERFORD, Ont. — A motorcycle rider is dead after his bike collided with a car making a turn north of Simcoe, Ont. Police say a car was turning left into a driveway near Waterford on Sunday night when it collided with an off-road motorcycle.
    The 49-year-old bike rider from Norfolk County was ejected and died at Norfolk General Hospital in Simcoe.
    His name has not been released.
    The car driver received non-life-threatening injuries

    +1 on the being careful and practicing emergency stopping.
    I almost ended a posting in this section on Sunday, when a mazda ran a side street's stop sign at 50kmph while I was entering the intersection on the non-signed main road.
