Welcome
|
I started riding last year and am hooked already! I'll start 2012 shaking the rust off and finding finess on 2 wheels. I'll be lurking for some group rides after that. Cheers to you all!

Welcome to the forum. There is a Thread under the rides and Hook ups section (Weekly rides) for the KW group. Great bunch of guys to ride with.

Welcome to the site fellow kw area rider.
.
welcome, there is a bunch of us from K/W on here, give a shout when you want to go for a ride
don't be a road crayon, wear your gear, the road doesn't care how "cool" you think you look when it's busy cheese grading your skin.
Have a look at the KW threads.. very active group, with excellent group rides.
Last season the rides were on Thursdays at 6:30pm till whenever we called it quits.
Smallest group was 2, largest about 12-14, average 8ish.

I've been lurking for a couple months but just signed up recently. I'm from Kitchener myself and work in Waterloo.
I'm glad someone mentioned the KW group thread as I haven't ventured in there yet, I'll be sure to check that out as well. While I wasn't sure if GTAmotorcycle.com would have enough relativity for me, it's nice to see so many other riders from the area.
Looking forward to the season and like the OP said, finding more finesse on the bike!
Welcome from Waterloo. Yes be sure to check out the KW area weekly ride forum (for general topics, group rides and social get togethers) there is also a KW track forum as well. Good group, a few of them have helped me install some kick ***** mods on the bike!
See you out there!
