Thanks, I'll have to finish the show before I can read that. I don't want to confuse author's stories

Its gonna be secured, because if someone gets infected in the group they can lockdown different compartments or room, most jails you gotta shut the other door in order to open the next.

Some jails have a vegetable farm in some countries, so I guess depends on where u are. Not as much food as a farm tho.

Anybody see the movie, The Road?? That movie had me thinking, lol

Hmm didnt know about the veggie gardens. Hmm ok cool. Still the ammo would be provided it A:wasnt used up when the prison got infected etc and B: the guards or escapees didnt run off with it C: it didnt get looted.

And man traps (what they are called architecturally) are good but from what if you cant get to the other side in time and its the type of infection where if you get their blood anywhere (like in 28 days later) your infected. Your now in a metal cage getting sprayed as they try to claw their way in.

Little secret... look for a data centre. Theres a bunch up in Markham. Self contained buildings designed to withstand competitor attacks and are typically designed to withstand tornados. They have massive million dollar generators and on site water storage systems.

Just grab food weapons and go right to one of those buggers. Just gonna be a pain to get in so get really friendly with someone who works there first.

I'm just saving up to build the zombie proof house.

Then again I'm also set up with a longbow and a bunch of arrows so when you're all wrong, and it turns out to be a Twilight d-bag vampire apocalypse instead, I'll be laughing while you're all turned sparkley.

No - watched Talking Dead this week and they said that the title Walking Dead refers to the people left alive - not the walkers.

The scene of the Sister trying to commit suicide reminds me of the scene where the Mother committed suicide in The Road. I guess some people are fighters and some people take the easy way out.

Plus the dad keeping 2 bullets in the gun for the son and himself, if things go really wrong. What a morbid story

    Not all of us....

I grew up in rural BC. We had wilderness training at a part of our elementary curriculum. Pretty sure if the world ended I would not only survive but manage to have a fullfilling and happy life.

Where survival training is concerned I've got you beat, hands down. I survived Flemingdon Park, from ages 5 through 7.

    Re: Walking Dead

Last year I would have thought our cold winters would have kept the zombies out of the GTA. This year - not so much.

Funny thing is every time I watch that show, I'm thinking: Any biker watching would know the gas would have gone gummy by now because it wasn't stabilized.

Too bad Emcee wasn't still open by LeBaron. Booze & drug stock up would also be called for.
There are some thing's better left unsaid, but you can bet your sweet a** I'm going to say them anyway.
