You should be able to go to the court in question and request the information from the desk. Or so I've been told, by a court worker.

I know that all of the criminal courts are open to the public (unless decided otherwise by the judge)..I want to know how to look up the status of someone's case, as in when the next appearance is, etc. A guy I get to highschool with a few years back was charged with first degree murder and I'm interested in attending the trial to see whats going on. I'm assuming in a few years when the trial is complete, it will be on CANLII (I think thats what the system is called).

Thats the last I heard of him (he's the guy on the left), and as of a few months ago I heard through a friend that he's still in jail. I'm assuming awaiting trial/in the middle of a long trial. Last I heard, the guy on the right still hadnt turned himself in.
