I plotted out a route that I may ride this coming April. It looks like a two day trip as it stands, and I tried to get in some of the roads mentioned here that I've not been on before, Route 666, Wykoff run, 125, Watkins Glen and Letchworth State Park. One or two of the roads may be gravel, but that's the price you pay for using Google in Terrain mode while plotting a route.

If you don't own a GPS, you can convert the GPX file into an uncompressed KML file and view the result in Google Earth.
