how to get a bike licence in GTA

Hi,
I am from India .I have my driving licence particulars from motor vehicle DEPT.of India. I have a clean record with 12 year experience . Can you tell me how to get a bike licence from here ? is it possible to buy a bike without licence ?

I believe you have to have an Ontario drivers license in order to plate a vehicle in Ontario.

You dont need a race lic to do track days.
