+1 for Gears Canada. I bought electric vest and gloves from them last year, quality products, good service and price.

Yes been using their tail bag for the past 2 years... done 4 multi - day trips so far with it and its holding up well. They were very helpful and cordial when I visited them at their Richmond Hill.

Bought a tail bag at the motorcycle show last year, and went to the Richmond Hill store this past autumn to get my cover.

Class act. Great guy. Good product, good prices. I wish they sold more stuff, really.

Bought rain gear and heated gloves from them. They were nice and professional when helping me pick through items I was interested in.

Rain gear was okay, after a few hours of riding in the rain it completely soaked through. I dont know how the other brands compare to this since this is the only rainsuit I've ever owned.

One of my heated gloves stopped working after a week of usage. Need to get that replaced under warranty. They were okay while they lasted, we'll see how they handle the warranty claim.

I have a one piece Teknic rain suit and I rode between Ottawa and Toronto in constant rain and I was perfectly dry, so your rain gear is probably no good.

Why don`t you take it up with the company first before being so negative.
I am sure they will try and solve your problem.
There are always two sides to a story, lets hear what they have to say.

I never said anything negative about them as a company, just gave an unbiased review which is what the forum is for. I dont see how you think the first line of my review was negative.

Their product was defective (I've heard many other people have problems with Gears Canada products), but defective products happen. Depending on how they handle the warranty claim, it will determine how I view them as a company.

Didn't think it was negative at all, just an account of what had happened to date, no badmouthing.

Just got my gloves replaced under warranty. They just asked a couple of questions about usage. Very quick and painless, they handled it very well.
