I thought i saw something at 18-19 seconds. Would you even be able to see something moving at 300km/h within that tiny distance? or would it just be a blur.
Maybe the camera man was hiding somewhere above the road...u def see the grass move when the bike passes by.

Under the assumptions of bike travelling at 300km/h, and the distance at the 18-19secs-interval-picture being roughly 5meters, camera could see the bike for only .06seconds. Assuming also that the video is at most at 30fps (youtube facts), the bike would show in only 2frames in the best case scenario.
Most likely, it would be less than a blur; more likely, invisible =)
edit: Now that you got two tickets in your hands, I hope your not watching 'how to ditch the cops' videos lolz
