Holes?? What do you mean, are you washing your bike with a welder?
They are fine, wash my bike there all the time.

Topic.
Just curious because I don't wanna go in there and end up with holes on my bike or something lol
And by manual I mean the coin operated ones.
They say that you should be careful about where you point the spray. Avoiding the electrics is a no brainer but things like the wheel bearings is something you might not think about. If they aren't sealed bearings then you can blast the grease out of them.
When you want something done in the worst way, that's usually the way it is implimented... in the worst way.
I take a jack in there to clean my chain
Did you try the search option on this sight? There was a good list of coin washes a while back when I was looking for them. I'll try to find it.
Don't spray any bearings! You can force dirt/water into them and end up with premature wear.
Google motorcycle wheel bearings,
motorcycle headset bearings,
motorcycle swing arm bearings
that should get your "bearing" straight...
Not stupid question if you dont know,
Also, I would not blast your brake calipers, it removes the sliding pin lube and over time could cause your brake pads to cease up

Just be sure to wash nothing but your seat and fenders. Can't be too careful.
And with your seat, don't spray so close that you loosen up any stitching in the seat or force water through the stitching holes.
There's a lot of sarcasm here... I know it's winter, but seriously, this could do some real damage.
There are stations that use high pressure nozzles, be careful with that. If it feels like it's going to damage something, use low pressure setting (basically, spray without pulling the trigger). If you do use high pressure, stay few feet back from the bike.
With bikes, soap and elbow grease is better than high pressure water.
Reminder folks...if you don't have a HELPFUL answer....simply don't respond. /end of thread
