it seems to me that your problem shouldnt be with the dealership, it should be that you bought a crappy bike.

you needed :
hydraulic clutch seals,
new fuel pump/sending unit and possible dash cluster,
major service done (check valves etc, which requires a rotation of the engine - 6 hours of labour and usual parts involved,

all in one season, at three different times.

crap product, and crap service

You should not give advice, obviously you've been drinking or doing recreational drugs of some sort...lol.
