I don't think it's a Buell thing necessarily. My gf has had bad experiences at Jacox with her Dyna, and neither one of us will likely go back there again for service. Your delayed pick-up story sounds very similar to an experience she had there.

Either way, I don't understand how these dealers and shops are such d-bags. I mean, THIS IS WHAT YOU DO FOR A LIVING, how freakin' diffictult a concept to be somewhat competent at your job??
