A bit about me..I was outta riding for 8yrs and got back into it last yr..every spring I got the itch and last yr I HAD to get a bike.
I Sold my VTR in 03 and just didn't have the cash to get another ride after that.
What really pisses me off is that in 99 I was 21 and had a 9R and paid $1200/yr for ins. I'm 33 now pay $2000/yr with a clean record.

What? 2000$/yr for Ins....!!! For a ZX9r....that's lot. is it a 2012 bike?
I'm 23 and paying 550$ full ins for a ZZr600 2006 + I’m a new rider.
2k/yr, I’d think of changing my ins company.

Big bore bikes are in a whole new category. That was the best price I got...some companies wanted 4gs a year
I forgot I have one speeding ticket from last yr...20 over. That might make a small difference.
