    Anyone get "rider blues"?

    Dunno what to call it.

Went to the gym just now, weather was pretty chill and nice. Stars all over the night, realized it'll probably be sunny tmr. Opened my garage, saw my motorcycle, and went *sad face*.

    =(

EDIT: Not that I can't ride, just not sure if it's worth it to adjust everything and then find it snowing a day later :@
EDITEDIT: And salt is bad for underneath bike yes?

Covers help! Sometime i don't even see that big grey thing in the corner of my garage.

Salt is bad for under your bike and also bad for traction

Salt is pretty much bad for everywhere on the bike, not just underneath. Aluminum and salt really don't get along. If you do ride with salt on the road, wash it off as soon as you get home.

You sure you live downtown? The brine's on the road...it's just more spread out from all the traffic

First ride withdrawal was on January 2nd. I'm really tempted to just take the bike for a quick ride, but I don't know how long I'm keeping it and I'd like to avoid rust/washing it after each ride. A cover definitely helps. Or a girlfriend. lol

I just came back from three weeks in South America and seeing the quantity of bikes down there made it even harder. I couldn't find a place to rent one either, so I did the next best thing and got a scooter. Screw you winter. Screw. You.

It's the off-season so there's great deals on stuff... found a great used set of leathers last week. Only makes it harder!

After finding the leathers, and going to the show, and watching Closer to the Edge... gotta calm myself down and remind myself there's three months until steady riding season.

    Definitely looking forward.

I put mine in the house this winter. Bit of a mistake. Now I have to see it every day all shined up, calling my name....
Usually excited to 'board, but if it's not snowing, then bring on spring!!!

I went skiing on Fri as well, and saw a white BMW (R1200 (?)) in downtown Collingwood.
