Can't even see any damage on the fairings, must be very minor.

Yea, minor, nothing cracked, but still can be seen in person. So the front fairing would need to be replaced, painted or decal it.

    Congrats.

So no more 'what do you think of X bike' posts, right?
Better to regret something you have done than something you haven't.

Nice colour! All you have to do is get a fender eliminator and exhaust and it'll look sweet! (carbon fiber cans of course )

Probably will be one of the best money you've spent! that is a very good price.
I have one, picked up the of the last '09 ones and very pleased so far. Comming from SS bikes.
I found a dramatic improvement in engine performance, especially smoothness, after I put the Power Comander V, even with the stock map/exhaust.
Now I can't wait to see and feel to have the last piece of upgrade in place: the Auto tune module for the PCV and LeoVince pipe.

    Success with your purchase!!!

It's actually an 04 with a little less than 20,000KM and there's some minor right fairing damage for $5000 from a dealer. Sounds like a deal to me, what you guys think?

If all goes to plan and I actual take delivery on the bike in the spring, probably not for a while.

I had my eye on so many damn bikes my head was spinning. The S4RS was a good find but it will a bit on the pricey side and than I was thinking why not go new. So starting thinking new FZ8 2011, but I was also looking at the BMW F800R. To be honest, I'm glad the looking is over for now

Gonna have to axe the back end though. Looks kinda easy since the signals and brake light are incorporated. Maybe move the licence plate up in under or something.

I think I know which shop that bike's at... but I don't know much more about it. (A friend was looking at it but decided to get a different model instead.)

VFR's are great bikes and you won't hear too much bad said about them. Also, the matte black is a great paint scheme. Can't lose.

The stock exhaust sounds pretty good too.

Congrats Rodney. Spring can't arrive soon enough. I know the feeling having recently purchased another bike as well.

Now you have to check out and plan routes to the Cabot Trail, Dragon, Gaspe, etc. It's gonna be awesome riding season for 2012.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

    Finally! LoL.

He seemed pretty decisive about this bike last night. The fact that it's a Honda, I think, clinched it.

Glad that's over with. Now my lowering kit and we're good to go...next Spring!
