Looks decent this weekend (Oct 22/23), route suggestions?

Hey guys looks like weather will be decent this weekend, and for once I don't have any tests on Monday. Sooo my plan is to head North (or East or both) and just eat as many miles as I can. Thinking I'll leave Saturday and crash somewhere that night, head back Sunday.

Want good roads, sights, basically just a nice route to spend two days riding and putting miles on.

I seem to remember some route that people used to do that involved the kawartha areas and up to 35 highway etc?

Open to all suggestions, leaving from Guelph, Ontario.
