    Yet anther head shaker

It was quite a dramatic scene on Highway 401 Tuesday afternoon as police swarmed the roadway at Kipling in an effort to stop a pedestrian seen wandering on the road.
Ontario Provincial Police Sgt. Dave Woodford told CP24 that the pedestrian was running on the highway against traffic. Police believe the pedestrian may suffer from mental health issues.
The pedestrian briefly lost consciousness after being apprehended by police but Woodford says no one was injured during the incident.
The pedestrian has been transported to hospital for examination as a safety percaution.
Meanwhile, an off-duty police officer was also at the scene helping his colleagues. He was also looked after by paramedics after suffering from an asthmatic condition.
Woodford says the officer is expected to be OK .
He also said that police are still trying to determine how the pedestrian got onto the highway as no abandoned car was found in the area.
The area has been reopened to traffic after a brief closure.

That's actually a common sight in NL. And people parking to take scenic pics.
