So, anybody actually know the status of TMP today (please no interweb "I heard, form my brothers, sisters, friend....") are they still open for business or is there a lock on the gate (sad stuff here, neat place with a very interesting history, hope it survives.....). BG

We can't recover anything legally until it's sold..... and at that point, the secured creditors have to be paid off first. If there's anything left, I guess we can try.

I sent an e-mail this morning asking about the status and ability to refund my owed trackday... here's the response I received:
Good Morning Azim
I am sure to inform you that the track is not up for sale.
Uli Bieri is the owner and will continue to be the owner of Toronto
Motorsports Park.
I can assure you that I have the credit on file and will continue to have
it on file into next year for your use.
If you still do not want to have the credit and funds refunded please do
not hesitate to email myself.

They emailed me to let me know I was given a full refund on my owed trackday...... (will have to wait for the statement to show before I can confirm).
I have no idea what's going on with the sale, but I won't be putting any money into TMP until this is sorted out/confirmed. Unfortunately, this could affect their pre-sale sales at the bike show/during the winter.
