Hey guys, I'm in the area as well. As for tips - try not to crash. That's the best one I've got. Have fun out there and ride within your limits. If you're new, don't be concerned on trying to keep up with other riders, speed will come later. Have a look at the rides section and try to get in on some group rides as well.
I had an 99 F4 as my first bike and enjoyed learning on it. As the OP said above, do ride within your limits... if its speed your after go to the track, not the streets. Welcome to the forum and ride safe. Cheers
Welcome. My advice would be, when you start riding with others, make sure you ride with people better than you. You'll be amazed how much you'll learn without being told anything.
Hey Dramanan, welcome to the forum. I live in the shwa and get out on noob friendly rides periodically. We should get out for a ride some day.
