Finally getting to marshal a SOAR event

I'll will be heading up Saturday night. Any idea on when the gates are closed or if I can leave my name with security to get in.

For some reason I can't see the fb link on my phone. What day is the diner and fireworks? Any one staying til Monday? Anything going on Monday?

Dinner and Fireworks are Saturday evening... I assume clean up and set-up for dinner will start shortly after the end of the endurance races.

With the big setup required for dinner, I think the road hockey game might probably take place after getting our turkey-eat on. the exercise will do all of us good lol.
