I wouldn't be surprised if there was gravel on the ramps as
construction crews have all exits on and off the 403 are closed
every night.

Moments ago - 3:20pm on sunday sept 11 2011 a rider went down on this ramp... Emerg crews r on scene is I type this .. Hope rider is ok... But he is not moving at this moment... Hard to tell what happened.... Red sports bike is all I can see from here...
