Baby wipes work great!, gets all the bugs off. Just need to use another rag to dry it off after... cheap, and works!

I just use water and paper towel. Really grosses out my friends I visit weekly when I show up with a buggy helmet and put it down on their dining room table when I come in (their dining room is also their entryway... it's a small apartment).

The windscreen on the 650R doesn't help either, it directs all the bugs right at your helmet :/
I wonder are there an aftermarket windscreen that would resolve this bug issue?

You can buy mini windscreens that clip on to the top of your existing to push the wind higher. But, bugs are just one of those things that come with the territory of riding a bike.
