Rode to York yesterday for the first time due to school (I"ve ridden there before to work) but I found myself unable to get into "study mode".
Anyone else have this problem? Either it's because I'm not out of summer mode yet, or riding is just too much fun and it's mentally screwing me over.

"So I was sitting in my cubicle today, and I realized, ever since I started working, every single day of my life has been worse than the day before it. So that means that every single day that you see me, that's on the worst day of my life." - Office Space
ditto here...i ride to school but can't get into work mode (i teach)...yeah, work sucks...
I ride to york for school 4-5 times a week, its awesome, free parking and fun transportation. But I did find last year I would skip a lot of class in september october to get out and ride :s. This year ill try not to be tempted as much
OP what you ride? Do you park at tel building?

How long you been riding dude?
Sounds like you still go the excited newbie rider thing going on...
Just ride, and maybe take several breaks in the day to get it out of the system.

GEAR - some people ride with it, some people don't. It's time to accept this fact and move onto more pressing preaching.
HID's - your crappy install is blinding and annoying everyone else - not to mention putting yourself in some degree of danger.
Can we make a category called, "My skills suck, lemme tell you why.." forum?
I had the same problem when i went to Seneca.
I used to ride to school two summers ago. A few times I'd either skip completely or leave class after half an hour and hit the road again. Good times.
Having fun is what riding is all about! If I had I bike I would ride it every single day to school, to work and everywhere else.
Gives me something to daydream about and look forward to once the boring part of my day's done.
It's like having an iron horse waiting in the wings to whisk you away.
Haha I was at york past two days, parked at seneca/tel building. I came to chill with a friend, and yea free parking is amazing....im still shocked!
I even tagged a photo there, from the GTA Photo tag game in the "multimedia" forum here.
I'm going to york from Jan -> Sept, I plan on riding every day I can . Once summer weather starts of course. Hopefully I'll have my shiney new bike too.
I saw a nice black R6 ripping it back and forth down Seneca lane today. From the title of this thread, I thought it might have been you
I ride to school all the time, I love riding, but hate parking since I have to pay $60 a month for it
Not wearing gear while riding is like unprotected sex. Sooner or later you're going to get a rash!
I rode to York today to pick up my GF. Parked by a bunch of SS at the fine arts rode?...
If anyone rides to and goes to Humber at Lakeshore, PM me!

This motorcycle is simply too goddamn fast to ride at speed in any kind of normal road traffic unless you're ready to go straight down the centerline with your nuts on fire and a silent scream in your throat.
