That sucks... We will certainly try to get at least one more in before the end of the season.

SMP Motorcycle Lapping Day
All motorcycle lapping days are Long track.
$130.00 per track day, if booked one week before the event. $150.00 at the gate, the morning of the event.
Transponders are $25 with a valid driver's licence or credit card.
RAIN INSURANCE: If the weather isn't suitable for you, please notify our office and your registration will be transferred to another lapping day.
Toll free#: 1-800-959-8955
Dave- have you signed up yet? Looks like we should have signed up yesterday.... Rain Insurance is cool though.
I guess I should call right now and hopefully they'll let the $20 go. The forecast is showing a bit of rain right now, but it probably will be okay.
Okay, just signed up. She gave me the $130. Rain day, we could call from home if the forecast is bad instead of driving 3.5 hours, and it might even be transferable to next year. There are so few people signed up right now that it might be an open session all day!

Ok - so I just went by the shop to have my tire changed for shannonville - (like $46 + tax) Boo!... and it occured to me that we need to get a tire changer. I've done a little research (slow day at work), and heres what I've found. Apparently the Habour Freight one can be easily modified to work 'properly'... otherwise we're into a few hundred more dollars.

holy crapballs! Must be a really slow day at work! I'll have to wait for a slower day here to get through all of that. Maybe you can give me the Cole's Notes version on the way to the track on Monday. haha....

Hey - just checking out some gearing information, and thought I'd share this... pretty cool to see the difference a few teeth can make (that's what she said)
http://gearingcommander.com/
Crazy gear thingie, nice! I've got a spreadsheet for gearing that I've used for years for like 4 different bikes. I'll show you some time.
By the way, a bunch of the links you posted about tire changers are broken...
...and the weather is looking sweet for Monday!

You guys still want a photographer for the day?
And if you want copies of the pictures, just bring a flash drive with you and I'll get it back to you next time I see you.
Canada is a country that doesn't know where it is going but is determined to set a speed record getting there.
You want to come to Shannonville (3 hours+ drive) to take photos? You're hardcore! haha... I'm not sure if you would be able to get out in the field at Shannonville. Flair Photo is permanent there and might have exclusive rights, but they're also not there every day. You could call SMP and ask I suppose.

I'm going out that way to visit my Mom on Monday evening. All this means is I leave Guelph a little early and get to have a little fun before my visit.

Okay, sounds good then!

I just got off the phone with them and as long as I sing a waiver I'm allowed on the infield to take pictures. Should be good....just don't hit me!
BTW, what time are you guys leaving to head over?
