In the cage, just drove by a rider down on a yellow bike, couldn't make out the type. Rider was down and not moving. I hope he will be fine, but didn't look good

He is alright. Road rash and a broken arm/collar bone. His passenger suffered a mild concussion and road rash.

For anyone traveling down the 427 SB C/L from Eva Rd to Queensway be careful. Construction is horrendous there. Rocks and dirt all over lanes.
