Nothing's better than Ganny. Have fun!! The East end of the forest is my favourite, you can really crank up the speed on some of the stretches. That 650's gotta have some serious bite!

Beware of big 4 wheelers on the fire roads, they ride on whatever side they like
No idea where that entrance is haha But where the main building is there's a trail that starts just to the right of it. Follow that and you're golden!
That's the Boundry Rd entrance I believe. If it is there's alot of good single track there but learn the fire roads first or you'll be lost. The forest center off of Kirby road is another good parking spot. This almost makes me not want to sell my dirtbike....almost
Selling?? How! Why! Travesty...
Well I've gotten into riding track and I want to upgrade to a better track bike. My buddies that I used to ride with now don't and my bike now just sits there. Don't get me wrong, I still love my bike but I guess it's a sacrafice I'm willing to make. Besides I'm still going to ride I'm just downsizing
Well the track sounds pretty cool, at least. As long as you're still riding then that's ok!! I'm looking to upsize to a KTM next year. Just need to win the lottery first
I'm looking at getting out to the Ganny this weekend as well. It will be my first time riding in the forest.
Where's the best place to pickup a pass?
"Good judgment comes from bad experience, and a lot of bad experience comes from bad judgment."
The forest center off the 115 on Kirby road, there's another place on the west side of the 115 but you have to head north past it, go south, then go north again to the forest, huge pita.
Yeah, bigtime pita to hit that gas station on the West side.
There's also Ganaraska Leathercraft on Wilcox Rd - easy access if you're heading to P1/P2/P3; I have it linked on this map:

I actually get more knee/leg pain from riding track to be honest! Ripping through the woods isn't that hard on ya.....ahhh I really miss the ganny already.
What are you thinking of selling??
I have an 04 RM 250 (two stroke) and a 99 RM 125.
Rols,
What time were you planning on going? Have you decided on a parking location? I was originally busy this weekend but now the potential exists to be able to ride. I frequent ganny often and know my way around well enough but have my GPS with all fireroads, double track and some single track on it. I also ride a 530, so should keep pace with your beast.
Let me know what you're thinking. I prefer to go earlier in the morning as by late morning/mid-day, more and more ORV's start showing up and ripping around the fireroads/double track.
Cheers,
James.
Im going to check out the east forest on the saturday morning, have not been over there in awhile.I have heard that there are quite a few trees down should be fun lol.

Went over to east forest and lots of washout on the way over.Looks like hardly anyone is riding there, some downed trees and lots of roots made it challenging but also alot of fun.
