Where to buy nuts and bolts and tools?

Standard tools just don't seem to reach the areas I'm trying to reach (like underneath the dash) without having to take off the fairings. I saw somebody use this tiny neat wrench once but forgot to ask him what it was and where he got it from (it had many addons).

And, does anyone know where to buy Suzuki bolts/nuts/washers? Thanks!

Nuts and bolts, unless it's a specialty part, I usually fart around Home Depot or Lowes for metric fasteners.
