I've seen this guy a couple of times at KC. He rode a silver cbr and had Alberta plates like I. So sad man, R.I.P.

R.I.P Rider, This summer has been a bad summer. 410 is my regular highway of travel this definitly makes me more away and more carefull. Please for all the riders out there the 410 is a terrible highway, Brampton has terrible drivers. I have lived in brampton for close to 10 years now and have been riding for quite some time and I kid you not this hwy is one of the worst in drivers!! Please be carefull and my greatest condolences to the family of the rider

I just saw a video clip of this accident. Right away, I recognized the silver cbr with Alberta plates. I rode with this guy once. He use to meet with the group at Hwy 10/Eglinton. This is so messed up because I really, really, really hate to say this but the reason I will never forget the bike was because the way he rode. Believe me when I say, that no matter how you ride you don't deserve this. Guys please calm down out there. I'm guilty of this myself and this is a real slap in the face wake up call. He was a real cool guy. RIP.

Yes, that was Shaun Smith. Lived in Peterborough.. But hung out with us (square one area riders) hwy 10 and Eglinton. He had a cbr RR 1000, silver and black. With Alberta plates on it.

My condolences to his family. Great man.. Will be missed.
