Rider down on 401 at bathurst this morning

Caused a huge backup on my way in, them as I rode by saw that it was a harley sportster down and a mazda car. Didnt see any ambulances around, but they could have been gone by the time I got there.

    Hopefully nothing too serious!

I heard about this just before leaving for work this morning. I hope that the rider isn't too badly hurt as well.

A motorcyclist has been rushed to hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries after a colliding with a pick-up truck on Hwy 401.

The incident happened around 6:40 a.m., just west of Avenue Rd. on westbound 401 express. The Harley-Davidson motorcycle rear-ended the Ford pick-up truck for what the OPP called "unknown reasons."

The crash is blocking one left lane, causing traffic to back up to Yonge St. and police said it could be blocked for a few hours.

I rode by around 7, ambulance arrived a few minutes earlier (saw him go by, didn't know where to). Gws rider.
It's more fun riding a slow bike fast than riding a fast bike slow.
