    I can't seem to find the HTA 172 info online, especially re: brake check the guy tailgatted.. then drove really close along side, then did a brake check close enough in front , there was contact ,,, then didn't stop for quite some distance,, I'd like to know what the cop should have charged him with... ? when does leaving the scene come into play,, ? am I blind, lol is it on this page? http://www.canlii.org/en/on/laws/sta...1990-c-h8.html

    The specific information, that you're looking for, isn't contained in the HTA. It's a separate section, that encompasses the definitions of the terms "racing" and "performing a stunt" for HTA 172, that's called O. Reg. 455/07.
