6 - Add a post to an existing thread, and then open the thread again - it does not refresh to show new posts until I refresh the page.

1 - I log in and it doesn't show me logged in until I refresh the page
2 - I click on a link and sometimes its fine and other times the OP is the only post until I refresh the page
3 - I do not get email notification of PM
4 - It says that I have a new unread PM but when I click on my messages, there is no new message, I close that page, open up a new one and again it says I have a new message but wont show up when I go to my messages.
