    Just to note, if you get a Vespa and do any of your tests with it, you will get a LSM licence (which, does not allow you to ride anything with 2 wheels that goes over 80 KM/h). If this is a concern to you, you will need at least a 125 CBR for the full licence.

    Are you planning to ride this in the winter as well?

    There is so much repetition here. Bottom line bikes r expensive if u have the loot get ur self at least a 250 and work ur way up or if money is an issue then go electric and wait till it's more affordable.

    There is very little repetition, and you clearly didn't read any of these supposed repetitive posts... I doubt an electric scooter or even a 250 will be able to handle the load.

    When I lived in Bermuda I had a 90cc scooter - it would carry me, my wife and 4-5 bags of groceries (with some creativity) without issue. Probably a combined 350-400lbs. Don't underestimate the scooter

    A more pertinent questions is what type of roads does the OP plan on riding, and what distances?
