Simba Powdercoat in Scarborough. It's a small shop in an industrial complex near the Scarborough Transfer station. Simba does a great job and doesn't overcharge like most places do. As long as you clean and prep your stuff (masking tape where you don't want powder coating) he'll do it up for you and have it back in a couple days. I've done 3 sets of rims with him and been asked each time by the tire shop where I had it done because the coating was consistent and balancing was a snap. As for color matching, you can either bring your powder with you, or get him to order it if you have a stock number. He has hundreds of samples to choose from as well. I used stock colors that he had in shop each time and it only cost me about $45 per rim. Don't know if his pricing changed this year but he's been fairly constant on that as well in the last few years.
