By the time you get the bar stock, cut it and find a suitable cap that will prevent body punctures in a crash.. is that worth saving $5?

I've never had to look for well metal stock before. Am in guelph and just need a couple feet of aluminum tubing so i can cut some handle bars for the race clip on clamps i bought.

nope that looks good to me. Are all bars a standard length? Or is it just assumed you'll slide the inside of the bar as far into the clamp as you need?
