Drift inovation hd170 stealth camera group buy...awesome deal!!!!:)

I know alot of you have been talking about the Drift Inovation HD 170 Stealth Camera and I have some really good news. A friend of mine has just started selling it becuase it is such an awesome camera.

I have searched on line and most vendors are selling this camera for $329-$350 plus tax.

I can get it for you guys at $310 plus tax ($350.30) with a free pick up.

Some fetures that make this camera better than some of the other HD helmet cams...
-The playback screen, so you don't have to have computer to look at your vids and delete them if you wish.
-A remote so you dont have to fiddle around with a cam on your helmet, trust me I have GoPro and it is very annoying.
-It doesn't stand out like the GoPro when you put it on your helmet or bike.
-The lense rotates so you can mount it any way you like and your vid will still be upright.
-A night mode so you can shoot at night, which you really can't do with the GoPro.

After doing quite a bit of research I believe this is better than contour HD. Contour comes with it's own bonuses and this with it's own. For the vlogger this is the probably the best solution. I'm definitely buying it!

What's up with the wind noise?

It'll be same with gopro/contour. The good thing about this cam is that you have the option get an external mic. You can then attach the mic inside your helmet. If you're listening to good tunes it'll capture those instead

Really? I thought people just adjusted the volume of the mic. Anyways, the external mic option is a definite plus.

What do you mean it'll be the same... the GoPro had almost no issues with the wind noise, it even captured the engine sounds.

The GoPro is really crappy for sound with the water proofing casing on. For the good sound you would have to put the backing on that has open slots which makes the cam no longer water proof.
Trust me when I get a chance I will post some vids I took with snowboarding and the sound was crap. With someone talking beside you, you can barely make out what they are saying. Had to be yelling to hear people.
