Toronto to Deals Gap

Does anyone have a GPS route from Toronto to Deals Gap? I would like to hit some of these sections along the way.

Skyline Drive
Shenandoah National Park
Blue Ridge Parkway
Wheels Through Time Museum (Maggie Valley, North Carolina)
Dragon (US129 or Deals Gap)
Cherohala Skyway
Cades Cove
Foothills Parkway

Use Google Earth to plot it then convert the file to KML format, from there into GPX. I've done the route twice, and each time I mix it up as even the twistiest road gets boring when it's getting close to supper time and you've only done 100 miles.
