Went up for a ride along Southwood Road on April 9. Road still full of sand, mud, dirt, etc. Very bumpy ride too.

Yeah lol no surprise. I agree, last year it was still sandy Canada Day!
Southwood is usually clearing up by mid July for decent runs.

I was on Big Chute and 169 on Saturday and both had some sand and gravel patches. I'd bet dollars to doughnuts Southwood Rd is pretty much covered in sand.
