Considering they didn't ticket any of the illegally parked bikes all down the street, I think they were pretty fair tonight. Just looking for people without plates/insurance who shouldn't be on the road anyway.

He had his book open at one point, I thought they were looking for a specific plate...who knows?

Ah who cares about the 5-0...it was a nuisance BUT no one got a ticket...(from what I saw)

It's either
- a rider gunned it and ran from them hence the popo looking ******
- looking at plates for expired stickers
- got nothing else to do and was jelly of bikes
