Post/discussion - Character Length (Groups)

The current character length allowed in discussions within groups is 1,000 character - which is very limited. The character length allowed in regular forum posts are 50,000.


Is there any way to increase the character limit to 50,000 in groups as well?

Is this possible?

Another thing would be to alter/increase the number of posts per page; similar to how its done in the forum (from 10 posts/page to 20/30/40/page)
