The west end of the city already has a lot of threads open and going. I think we should start the thread now, and we can always just post within if we are going on small personal cruises, that anyone in the area can come on if they see the post. Also we can plan bigger rides for April so we are ready for the warmness.. =)

I vote for an "Anyone in Northern GTA III". And keep it out of the weekly/regional rides and just use it like last year to throw out invites to random rides, meets or routes you have planned. If a set day works out to meet then post in the Weekly.
Last year there was so many good rides, good laughs and good people that an Anyone thread is a must.
