punctuation / quotes etc.

I don't recall this being a problem in the past, but now when a subscribed thread gets a new post, and the email comes through. - if there's any "/'/.../etc in the thread title, the link doesn't work.

Is it my hotmail email causing the issue, or ?

For example in the above link, the hotlink ends at the I, and the rest is ignored. I'm not taken to the newest post, I'm taken to the basic thread, i.e. the first post.

Not a big deal, just a little frustrating, and I don't recall it happening in past years.

I think this problem is caused by the email client (Hotmail). It's trying to escape the quotes when automatically creating links but it's doing it properly for some reason.
