Just good long walks with elevated heart should do it. You'll feel like a million bucks. I think it's the endorphins or something like that...and dopamines?, anyway you'd be surprised. Another option would be to put peddles on the couch, just be careful the sidewalks can be slippery this time of year.

This year I intend on riding more than last year. Shouldn't be hard to get over 1000 km. Stupid tour in the summer
Planning on hitting dragon tail and the Cabot trail this year.
And to win a second championship in a higher class this time with the dirt bike.
No long walks on the beach for me this year last summer was enough sand for me!

there are a few things I want to do this year. I want to go to deals gap, do an iron butt and maybe ride the cabot trail again this year. I also have to get to the track a few times this year. It is going to be a busy summer.

Try working on a cruise ship and it always went to a beach. I actually got sick and tired of it lol so I switched destinations and went to Alaska instead :P

hmmm what's something interesting to talk about that could potentially reach post #597... funny you asked... just yesterday i read a thread in the 600rr forum that's been going on since 2004!!! It's still going strong and people still post on it. It was about what people did for a living. quite interesting to know what people do for a living... I sure wonder what people here do for a living :P

Here you go, an interesting topic so you all can reach #597.

On the way home from work tonite I saw 3 pickup trucks and 1 van with those big balls hanging off the hitches,
Can some one tell me whats up with that?
What is the reasoning behind the big balls?
Are these 20 something redneck trying to tell me thier balls are bigger than mine?
Oh, and 1 of them had a harley sticker on his back window.
    Disgusting big balls.
