    I hope this isn't true because it would be a real shame. I searched and found nothing on this so until some kind of press release or news item comes up, I will take this with a grain of salt for now.

    Heard on the news this morning that they are setting a date for a meeting with the OMB on this track. So maybe not dead yet.

    They cant even decide on a time to hold hearings about the race way

    Im afraid this will never happen.... also I heard rumors that they lost almost all there financial backing..
