    Re: Hello from Mississauga :D

I am breaking the trend ? Well....I do like sports bike but there are multiple reason to choose a cruiser :P

    1) My mom has the fear of sport bikes so that is not a good first impression to introduce a motorcycle in the family.
    2) I am not too sure about the comfort of riding long distance with sport bike so it is safe to stick with cruisers.
    3) Call me being cautious or conservative. Since I learned on a Virago, I just feel it is best I start at a cruiser type of bike and get more experience until getting a sport bike.

P.S. My dad did laugh at me for getting an "old folk" type of bike >.> but o wells....I like my cruiser!

Congrats, I remember when I had my M1 I still rode at night and the highway. I couldn't wait and was lucky I didn't get stopped by a cop.

You don't have to answer to anybody about your choice of bike.
If it has two wheels and you like it, then it's cool.

(p.s. That's not an 'Old Folks' bike. - Mine is.)

    Congrats on your M2!

And remember - this is your first bike, not your last. You have your entire life to ride and own as many different styles of bikes as you want.

Oooo I see now ^^ But at the same time, I tried to not bring too many things when I am riding :P I do notice I should really put a whole bottle of lotion in my saddlebag though, I go through lotion like crazy while riding. As well as a bottle of water.

Nice. I got to figure out what to use for luggage. Going to see what they have at the shows in December or January. I was thinking a tank bag. Don't know how comfortable it would be to ride with a napsack on. Your lucky your bike already has bags on it.

My bike doesn't come with the saddle bags~ I installed them myself ^^ Before I had my saddlebag I just use a satchel that double as my purse while riding.

O yes! For the Toronto motorcycle show, it is free for the ladies on Friday after 5pm. http://www.torontomotorcycleshow.ca/sherides/
I hope I can find a pair of winter gloves in the show too, maybe I will see you there
