Zariz Cycle windscreen, helmet, HID review

    http://www.zarizcycle.com/

Zariz Cycle specialise in aftermarket windscreen, bodyworks, helmets, and various other aftermarket accessories.

Dan is a very easy person to deal with and supports his product to help u ensure fitment and satisfaction. If there's ever a problem you can even find him sometimes 11:00 pm to help you out. Just give him a call and he always manage to work sth out.

I personally have the windscreen, helmet and HIDs from him.

I replaced the windscreen because the previous owner blacked out the OEM ones (It baffles me how some ppl don't need a clear windscreen to look ahead). Dan helped me fit the windscreen and taught me little tricks to make the work easier. Things you wont' find out until you have to do it yourself. For my SV, the windscreen needed a slight modification with the dremel at one of the holes...but it was a extremely easy 5 minute fix to get correct fitment. I've seen the other windscreen he had on other bikes just bolted on pretty easily. Probably just the SV in particular thing.
$35 for a double bubble windscreen with someone on site teaching how to install it? Just awesome. I'll let the picture do the talking

    Helmets:
You would think $85 helmets are complete junk. But you really have to see these and try them on in person. They can't compare to ur shark RSR2 and Suomy Spec 1R ($500 - $700) which I had, but they are definitely comparable to $200-$300 model HJC helmet I currently ride with on the race track. It features Suomy like design with removable interior, pretty comfortable liner, and also quick release chin strap. These have been crash tested and held up quite well with the rider not having any head injuries. The only con if I were to criticize would be a lil more wind noise, but it doesn't' bother me as I always wear earplugs regardless.
I wear these everyday on the street, and the iridium visor he also carries are a must for me. They work well on sunny days, and is actually usable at night compare to my RSR2 iridium visors. I highly recommend these! Especially if you're on a budget or you're looking for quality passenger lid at a crazy low price.

    HID light:
Easy fitment, and Dan was always available if I needed help and wasn't sure how it worked. And for $75? I don't know anyone who sells them any cheaper. My friend also purchase another set for $140...and I have to say both of them are the same in quality if not better. It has been installed on my Civic so far for a month or so. No issues whatsoever.

Overall, I am a very satisfied customer who came out with excellent product at a really low price as well as knowledge in installing these aftermarket accessories. The support Dan has provided to his product are rare these days, I don't think I've received so much after purchase service from any store or company.

I also got some HID's and Windscreens from Zariz for my Ninja, and very happy with it for about 8 months now. Yea, Dan helped me install the windscreen on my bike, as i have never done it before. I am planning on getting a ZRZ Helmet from him next week, but I am leaning towards the design with the skull. Have you tried their smoked visor?

Yeah! their smoked visors are pretty nice, just like the ones on my HJC. I found the iridium ones better because they usually reduce glare more than the smoked visors. And the one Dan has is usable at night... try both out, that's what I did.

Oh...and if it matters, no one can see your face under the iridium visor at all. LOL

I just picked up my helmet from Zariz Cycle today! Love my new Helmet! I found on their facebook group, that they were having a special. Free Tinted Visor with Purchase of a New ZRZ Helmet! Took it on a couple rides, at 150kmph and no noise at all! Clear Visor in the pic, couldnt use the tinted visor at night.

I stopped by Zariz Cycle and met with the owner.
He was kind enough to show me around and his stock of parts and bikes. They have more than I thought.
I orderred my replacement fairings thru them after seeing samples, installed on bikes.
Something that really impressed me about Zariz Cycle was when they offerred to assist me with the installation if I wanted !

I will post more info later....till then thanks Zariz Cycle !!

Re: Zariz Cycle windscreen, helmet, HID review

    Had my problems with them...

    I asked if they had an 2009 ZX6R & 2009 R6 windscreen...Told me they have order it...waited 2 weeks for shipment...

3 weeks passed got a text told me windscreens are in...rode over (It was still summer/fall time) the girl at the front could not find it...fair enough texted Dan...

Now he tell me his supplier does not carry it...

Really....then why waste my 3 weeks waiting?

I like to support small companies...but you could have told me your supplier does not carry it...so I can make my purchase else where.... Ended up ordering on ebay for the same screen for $30...(Dark Smoked DB)

Up Side: Their communication was fast...not always with the right info.

Had to bump the thread. Went to Zariz Cycle to pick up an HID kit. Wanted a 6k kit but was given an 8k by accident. No problem so I went back and got it exchanged.
Dan helped me on the spot to get it installed. He even took it a step further and helped a buddy install his HID kit even though he bought it elsewhere. All free of charge.
    Awesome experience
Going back to buy fairings and LEDs soon.

I drive by there daily and never would've guessed. Tried to look out for any signs with the shop name and none.

Ok so i've held off long enough. ZZR250 side panel & front cover. Kijiji'd and Dan responded, Paypal sent April 8th .... still waiting. I keep pestering the girl 1x per week, no return calls, no emails. Got a "Oh sh7t" after 4 weeks so figured forgot to order. No probs says i as the season isn't here yet. Now "Stuck in customs" - for 3 1/2 weeks, something is amuck.

Just adding to the lovin - not so much.

Re: Zariz Cycle windscreen, helmet, HID review

Well just resolved my fairing situation. Got a refund from Dan @ ZarizCycle so not as perplexed. Communications could have been better as they simply had a problem with a supplier, but ultimately Dan is a credible guy and came through with integrity in the end.

You learn alot about people, not when things go right, but rather when there are difficulties. I give 1+ to ZarizCycle for coming through in the end and doing the right thing.
