Rider down on the DVP around 7-7:30PM?

Got a text from my GF saying she passed a bike down on the DVP, just after 7:00PM. Didn't have any details but the rider seemed to be ok; was it anybody from here?

I hope the rider is ok too. But i didn't think people would still be riding this cold outside.

Actually I know of a lot of people still riding and have been seeing bikes at least 2 a day. Its the ramps and the brine locations that are killer right now.
